Student Services

Montego Bay Community College provides exciting opportunities and activities that supplement the growth & development of our students. Ranging from entertainment to sporting activities, MBCC covers a wide spectrum to facilitate leisure interests no matter what they are.

In keeping with our core mission, the Student Services Department of the Montego Bay Community College provides sporting and athletic activities to our students with the goal of helping them to get sportsmanship and teamwork experiences that will help them to become the leaders of tomorrow.

MBCC’s commitment to students’ optimal mental health and wellness is exemplified in the quality of our psychological support services.

MBCC’s Student Services Department takes immense pride in our role in developing the complete individual. In order to ensure that students have a well-rounded college experience at the University College, Student Services offer many extra-curricular activities.

MBCC students have access to a comfortable sick bay. The College employs an experienced Nurse who administers first aid and basic primary healthcare to students. We have a physician on call to see students in case of a medical issue that is beyond the scope of practice of the College Nurse. Serious medical cases are referred to the Cornwall Regional Hospital, which is in close geographic proximity to the college.
